Today, the New York staff mingles with the city’s journalists on a daily basis and keeps pace with the rapidly evolving world of national and international news. The New York office has coordinated big ticket events -- the Alaska Travel Industry Association’s annual Experience Alaska media event and ongoing media lunches like TCS Expeditions’ media luncheon hosted several years ago by New York-based bestselling travel author Patricia Schultz – and plain old meat-and-potatoes media relations like the editor briefings we do on behalf of the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation and Travcoa.
